Ermelo is the educational, industrial as well as commercial centre in the Mpumalanga province. As you walk through this lovely town you will notice the scattered maize, cattle, wool and sunflower farms. Anthracite, coal and torbanite mining also take place here. Ermelo presents magical beauty as it is situated amongst the grass and wetlands region of the Mpumalanga Province. There are several nearby spectacular dams that also provide excellent fishing and other forms of water sports. Game viewing can be enjoyed in the Ermelo area.
